Refund policy

Summary

• Both handbooks, the prompts, the Claude skill and the installation guide are delivered immediately. The bonus video tutorial is included free and sent by email when it is released.
• If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, we fix it, replace it or refund you.
• Download problems? Email us and we resend access.
• The toolkit is delivered right after payment. Before checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are available.

Your right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is supplied straight away, this right ends once supply has started, provided you agreed to that beforehand.

Before you can go to checkout, you tick a box to confirm that you want access to the files right away, that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are made available to you. Your confirmation is saved with your order and repeated in your order confirmation email. Once the download links are available to you, the purchase can no longer be cancelled under the right of withdrawal.

If your order was placed without that confirmation, or if you did not receive it in your order confirmation email, you keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal. In that case, email hello@scrambledai.online with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel, and we refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

Faulty, incomplete or misdescribed files

The files must match their description on this website. If a file will not open, is incomplete or does not match the description, email us with your order number. We fix or replace the file, and if that is not possible within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. These rights always apply, also after you have agreed to immediate delivery.

Download and access problems

Your download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order email. Lost the link, or did the email not arrive? Check your spam folder, then email us with the address you used at checkout and we resend access.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most problems with a download can be solved within a day. If a dispute is opened, we share the order details with the payment provider, including your consent to immediate delivery and the download record of your order.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Your bank decides when the money appears in your account.

What this policy does not cover

Subscriptions or credits you buy from third parties such as Claude, Higgsfield, Seedance or Nano Banana are not part of the toolkit. Refunds for those come from the company you bought them from.
