Terms of service
1. Who sells the toolkit
These terms apply to every purchase of the Scrambled AI Filmmaking Toolkit ("the toolkit") from the seller named under Contact information on this website. Questions: hello@scrambledai.online.
2. What you buy
The toolkit is a digital product. It contains the handbook How I Make AI Films: the complete Road to Ahoy breakdown (PDF, 117 pages), Part 2 of the handbook: the complete Sacrifice Day breakdown (PDF), 170+ real production prompts from the Road to Ahoy project inside the handbook and its prompt archive, the AI Film Director skill for Claude (ZIP file) and an installation guide (PDF). These files are available immediately after payment.
Included future bonus. Every purchase also includes the video tutorial "How I Created My Viral Susan Dell AI Videos", at no additional cost. The tutorial is in production and has no release date yet. When it is released, we send a private access link by email to the address used at checkout. No further payment or action is needed.
The toolkit does not include access to, subscriptions for or credits on Claude, Higgsfield, Seedance, Nano Banana or any other third-party service; personal coaching or prompt support; raw project files or footage; or other future updates, prompts or tutorials, apart from the bonus tutorial described above.
AI models and interfaces change. The prompts and methods reflect the tools as they were during the production. We do not promise identical results with future model versions, or any particular result.
3. Price and payment
The price is EUR 35, paid once. There is no subscription. Any taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
4. Delivery
After successful payment you receive download links on the order confirmation page and in your order email. If something goes wrong, email hello@scrambledai.online and we will help.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the toolkit is supplied right after payment, you are asked before checkout to agree that delivery starts immediately and to confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the files are made available to you. We confirm this in your order confirmation email. Without that agreement and confirmation, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full.
Your rights if a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described (section 7) always apply. Details are in our refund policy.
6. License: what you may do with the toolkit
After payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the toolkit. The toolkit and its contents remain the property of the seller.
You may: read, study and keep the handbook and guide for your own use; copy, adapt and use the prompts and techniques in your own projects, including paid client work; install and use the AI Film Director skill in your own Claude account; and use the images and films you create commercially, subject to the terms of the AI tools you use.
You may not: share, resell, sublicense, publish or give away the handbooks, prompt collection, skill, guide or bonus tutorial, in whole or in substantial part; upload the files to file-sharing sites, communities, course platforms or AI training sets; or present the toolkit, or a repackaged version of it, as your own product.
The Road to Ahoy and Sacrifice Day films, their characters, stills and client branding belong to their respective owners and are included for educational reference only. They are not licensed for reuse.
7. If something is wrong with the files
The files must match their description and work as promised. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you have rights under Dutch and EU consumer law: we fix or replace it, and if that is not possible within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the issue. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use a court in your own country.
